International Orders - Return Policy

The return notice time is 14 days after receiving the parcel and the return right applies to unused and 100% salable products.

If you want to make a return, please contact us: asiakaspalvelu@pilateskauppa.fi for the return label/ instructions.

We do not offer free returns for international orders outside Finland (Postnord deliveries). The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Return costs are charged according to the original cost of shipping or to the realized return cost and are deducted from the amount to be returned when the return has arrived, has been accepted and processed. The processing time is 14 days.

The customer commits to collect the shipment in time after receiving the arrival notification. 

The customer is responsible for the contact informations correctness in order the shipment to find its destination.
